The city administration shared plans for fund allocation
At the hearings dedicated to the budget, the city administration announced that the capital's revenues in 2026 will exceed 32.9 billion soms. These funds will be used for the construction and repair of road infrastructure, modernization of engineering networks, major repairs of social facilities, as well as for landscaping and greening the city area.
First Deputy Mayor Mirlanbek Baigonchokov noted that over the past five years, Bishkek's budget has tripled. Last year, revenues amounted to 30.5 billion soms, which is 1.1 billion more than the planned figure.
