The share of funds used for residential construction accounted for 44.4% of the total investment volume, while in January-December 2024, this figure was 38.7%.
The total gross output in the construction industry for 2025 amounted to 438.5 billion soms, indicating a growth of 21.1%. In 2024, the growth rate was higher at 28.7%.
