One of the main agenda items was the discussion of increasing the rental fees for land plots at the municipal markets of the capital.
Syedzbek Sarybaev, the deputy director of the municipal enterprise "City Road and Transport Infrastructure," reported on the decision to raise the land rental cost for markets by 23 soms per square meter.
During the discussion, BGK deputy Aidar Surakmatov asked about the credit obligations of the "Oberon" market and their amount. Sarybaev responded that 93 million soms remain to be paid on the loan by August 2026.
Additionally, Surakmatov inquired about the amount the enterprise pays each month. Sarybaev stated that the monthly payments amount to about 12 million soms.
The deputy also requested an explanation for the increase in rental fees for commercial spaces. A representative of the municipal enterprise explained that this decision was made in the context of contractual relations and in accordance with agreements with land plot users.
