In the Talas region, a major overhaul of overhead power lines with a total length of 269.530 km is planned.
According to information from the Talas Electric Networks Enterprise, the work will begin in March 2026 and will last until November of the current year.
The overhaul will be carried out in the following regions:
- 6 km in the city of Talas;
- 118.320 km in the Talas district;
- 41.405 km in the Manas district;
- 73.820 km in the Aitmatov district;
- 29.985 km in the Bakai-Ata district.
In addition, maintenance will be performed on 1725.61 km of power lines, including:
- 95.560 km in the city of Talas;
- 295.270 km in the Bakai-Ata district;
- 525.120 km in the Talas district;
- 272.980 km in the Manas district;
- 536.680 km in the Aitmatov district.
Furthermore, there are plans for maintenance of 0.4 kV overhead lines, with a total length of 1902.97 km:
- 208.935 km in the city of Talas;
- 362.982 km in the Bakai-Ata district;
- 503.865 km in the Talas district;
- 301.746 km in the Manas district;
- 525.442 km in the Aitmatov district.
Works are also planned for the maintenance of high-voltage lines: 248.45 km at 35 kV, 302 km at 110 kV, 84 km at 220 kV, and 51.5 km at 500 kV.
