At the site owned by LLC "SK Everest Group," it was found that project changes had not been implemented, and construction work is being carried out without the necessary permits.
The construction is located at: Suvanberdieva Street, 33 in Bishkek, where a 16-story residential building with commercial premises and a two-level underground parking lot is being erected.
As a result of the inspection, a report was drawn up against LLC "SK Everest Group," and an order was issued. The construction company was instructed to submit the necessary documents to rectify the identified violations within the specified timeframe. A fine of 200,000 soms was also imposed.
According to information from the Ministry of Construction, at the moment, the construction company has not provided the Bishkek City Department of State Architectural and Construction Inspection with an approved project and a positive conclusion from the state expertise.
“It is important to note that the company was conducting construction and installation works without the necessary permits, including the erection of a diaphragm 40 meters long and 25 meters wide, as well as columns. These actions violate the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic ‘On Urban Planning and Architecture,’” the Ministry emphasized.
Currently, the case materials have already been sent to the Oktyabrsky District Court, where judicial proceedings are underway. According to data from the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, LLC "Construction Company 'Everest Group'" was registered in 2024. The founder and head of the company is Daniyarbek uulu Ulan.
