As a result of the inspection, a report was drawn up against the LLC "SK Everest Group," which outlined the identified violations. The company has been instructed to provide the necessary documents to rectify the discrepancies. Additionally, it has been fined 200,000 soms.
Currently, the construction organization has not submitted an approved project and a positive conclusion from the state expertise to the Bishkek City Department of State Architectural and Construction Control.
Despite the lack of permit documents, the company continued construction work, including the installation of columns and the creation of a diaphragm measuring 40×25 meters. These actions violate the law "On Urban Planning and Architecture."
The materials of the case have already been sent to the Oktyabrsky District Court of Bishkek, where judicial proceedings are currently underway.
