The Director of the Creative Industries Park, Kanyshay Mamatova, reported that in 2025, tax revenues from residents amounted to 23.4 million soms. By the end of the first three quarters, 16.8 million soms had been paid, of which 7.1 million were from the first quarter.

In comparison, in the third quarter of 2024, revenues were only 1.5 million soms.

The total revenue of residents for 2025 reached 915 million soms.

As Mamatova noted, residents of the Creative Industries Park benefit from a special tax regime. This regime sets a single tax rate of 1%, which is significantly lower than the standard range of 4–6%. The income tax is 5%, and social contributions are 12% of actual wages. Residents also contribute 1% of their revenue quarterly to the fund for the development of creative industries.

Starting in 2027, the rate of this tax will increase to 2%, but it will remain fixed.

The funds collected at the rate of 1% of revenue are used to maintain and develop the Park, thereby supporting the entire creative ecosystem.

Currently, 165 legal entities are registered in the Creative Industries Park, including 20 companies with foreign participation. These companies provide 707 jobs.

At the same time, it should be noted that those working under a patent, including artisans and representatives of other seasonal creative professions, cannot become residents of the CIP.
