The Creative Industries Park (CIP) summed up nearly two years of work: the revenue of residents exceeded 2 billion soms

In 2025, the number of residents of the Creative Industries Park (CIP) increased to 155, and by the beginning of 2026, it reached 165. This information was announced by the director of CIP, Kanyshay Mamytova, who presented data on revenue, jobs created, and taxes paid by residents.

The park was established in April 2024, and the acceptance of the first applications began in June of the same year. In the third quarter of 2024, 21 residents submitted their first reports, with a total revenue of 43.5 million soms.

Over time, the revenue of residents significantly increased: in the fourth quarter of 2024, it amounted to 151.6 million soms, in the first quarter of 2025 — 171.6 million soms, in the second quarter — 281.4 million soms, in the third quarter — 516.1 million soms, and in the fourth quarter of 2025, it reached 915 million soms.

As a result, the total revenue of CIP residents for the reporting period exceeded 2 billion soms.

Kanyshay Mamytova also noted that the growth in revenue was accompanied by an increase in the number of jobs created by residents. In the third quarter of 2024, 80 jobs were created, in the fourth quarter of 2024 — 158, in the first quarter of 2025 — 300, in the second quarter of 2025 — 379, in the third quarter of 2025 — 565, and in the fourth quarter of 2025 — 707 jobs.

“The increase in revenue and the number of jobs confirms that the benefits provided by CIP are effective. Our residents save on taxes, create new jobs, and develop new products,” emphasized the director.

The number of residents also grew gradually: in the third quarter of 2024, there were 21, in the fourth quarter — 37, in the first quarter of 2025 — 63, in the second quarter — 82, in the third quarter — 106, and by the fourth quarter — 155. By the end of January 2026, the number of residents increased to 165.

As Mamytova noted, a significant portion of the residents are new companies and individual entrepreneurs. Out of 155 residents, about 50 are newly registered individual entrepreneurs or companies that started their activities thanks to the CIP regime.

As an example, the director mentioned two YouTube creators, each with over 2 million subscribers. Previously, they operated as individuals, and their YouTube income was deposited into their personal accounts as citizens. Both were in Cyprus, but upon learning about CIP, they decided to register in Kyrgyzstan and become residents of the park.

Such examples confirm that CIP is becoming not only a local but also an international phenomenon. According to the directorate, out of 155 companies, more than 20 have foreign participation, including companies from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Russia, Poland, and Malaysia.

Mamytova noted that in the future, CIP plans to focus not only on the domestic market but also on attracting large international companies.

The director also reported an increase in tax revenues from residents: in the third quarter of 2024, they paid 1.5 million soms, in the fourth quarter of 2024 — 3.6 million soms. In the first quarter of 2025, tax revenues amounted to 7.1 million soms, in the second quarter — 9.7 million soms, in the third quarter — 16.8 million soms, and in the fourth quarter — 23.4 million soms.

Mamytova explained that for creative companies, the main savings come not so much from revenue tax but from income tax and social contributions, as the largest share of expenses in this sector is salaries.

Additionally, residents are required to pay 1% of their revenue to CIP quarterly, which ensures the functioning of the directorate.

Mamytova also spoke about the support for creative industries. In 2025, CIP became an official partner of the Create 4 project. Starting in April 2025, the CIP Support Fund began operating, which monthly allocates grants to support projects of creative companies and entrepreneurs, with the total amount of grants exceeding 1.3 million soms. In November 2025, the first regional competition for creative products, CreaPark 2025, was held with a prize fund of 600,000 soms. She added that a CreaPark 2025 conference was also held, featuring well-known creators from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Russia.
