In the Batken Region, 400 km of 220/110/35 kV power transmission lines will be repaired.
According to the Batken Electric Networks Enterprise, in accordance with the initiatives of the Ministry of Energy for infrastructure modernization, the branch of OJSC "NESC" is carrying out work on the overhead power transmission lines of the specified voltage.
According to the schedule for 2026:
— 20 km of lines will be overhauled;
— 380 km of lines will receive planned current repairs.
These works are organized to prepare for the autumn-winter season of 2026–2027 and will be carried out in stages from March to November. The repair activities will cover the Kadamjai, Leilek, and Batken districts.
In the Sulukta area, planned work has already begun on the repair of the 110 kV lines "Khoja-Bakirgan–Arka" and "Arka–Morskaya," which have a length of 7 km. During this work, it is planned to replace 190 outdated insulators, update the line fittings, and install modern equipment in accordance with current technical standards.

In 2025, the high-voltage overhead network service of the Batken Electric Network Company replaced 7,200 old insulators and installed 7,513 glass insulators. As part of the planned repairs, 1,264.75 km of lines were repaired, and major repairs affected 134.6 km.
