The implementation of the new policy is scheduled until 2033
According to the decree of President Sadyr Japarov, heating supply enterprises of the Kyrgyz Republic will no longer receive subsidies.
The refusal of subsidies is planned to be implemented by 2033.
As specified by the Ministry of Energy, low tariffs for heating cost the budget an average of 2 billion soms annually. In this regard, annual tariff increases are planned so that enterprises can achieve self-sufficiency.
