In the Kyrgyz Republic, the deadline for legalizing jewelry without primary documents expires on March 1

The State Tax Service reminds that until March 1 of this year, there is still an opportunity to legalize jewelry made of precious metals that were imported or produced earlier but do not have primary documents.
According to the agency's information, this initiative allows individuals to avoid liability and be exempt from the obligations of a tax agent. There are only 16 days left to take advantage of this opportunity.
Legalized jewelry will be subject to a reduced assay fee:

To go through the legalization process, the taxpayer must submit the relevant document through the E-SF system by the established deadline.
The submission process includes the following steps:
Log into the electronic invoice system at the website esf.salyk.kg;
Go to the "Acquisition" section and select the DPBU subsection;
Click the "Add" button in the upper right corner;
In the opened window, check the box for "Entering information about precious jewelry made of precious metals," specifying the name, weight, quantity, and grade of the item;
After selecting this option, the main details of the document are generated automatically, and the taxpayer only needs to fill in the goods section.
When filling in the goods section, codes according to the unified Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (TN VED EAEU) should be used.
It is also recommended to specify the type of jewelry and its grade in the product name, for example: "gold ring 585 grade" or "silver earrings 925 grade".
In each line of the goods, it is necessary to indicate the unit of measurement (pieces or grams), quantity, price per unit, and total cost.
The product name must be added to the directory in the "Profile" section — "Goods and Services," by clicking the "Add new product" button.
The State Tax Service clarified that the electronic document cannot be changed or canceled, so all data must be entered completely and without errors, as they are subject to mandatory accounting.
After entering the information into the system, taxpayers are required to contact the UGNS for precious metals to carry out the procedure for testing and stamping the legalized jewelry.
It should be noted that the Cabinet of Ministers has canceled the voluntary patent for this category of activity, and now taxpayers engaged in operations with precious metals and jewelry are required to use a simplified tax system at a rate of 0.25% with mandatory use of cash registers.
