This initiative is aimed at regulating the circulation of jewelry, improving conditions for conducting business activities, and reducing the administrative burden for conscientious taxpayers.
During the legalization process, reduced rates of assay fees for testing and hallmarking jewelry made of precious metals apply:
- For gold, platinum, and palladium items, both domestic and foreign production, including used ones, the fee is 10 soms per item;
- For silver jewelry, also from both domestic and foreign production, the fee is 8 soms per item.
- Register in the electronic invoice system at the website esf.salyk.kg.
- Go to the "Acquisition" section, and then to the DPBU subsection.
- Click the "Add" button in the upper right corner.
- In the new window, select the option "Entering information about precious jewelry made of precious metals".
- After selecting the option, the main data of the electronic document will be generated automatically. The taxpayer only needs to fill in the product part of the document in accordance with item 19 of the Procedure for the registration and application of invoices.
