According to information from the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic, starting from February 15, 2026, the digital platform "i-Dyikan," developed by the ministry's technical operator — the State Enterprise "AgroSmart," will be available. Farmers will be able to register on the platform, apply for a preferential loan, and queue at the bank remotely.
The loan issuance process will be carried out in accordance with the established criteria and requirements of the preferential financing programs. Transitioning to the digital platform will provide the ability to track the status of their application in real-time, significantly simplifying interaction with financial institutions.
Additionally, "i-Dyikan" will provide access to electronic government services, which will help reduce bureaucratic procedures. This newly introduced mechanism represents a significant step towards improving farmers' access to financial resources and the digitalization of the country's agricultural sector.
