Starting February 15, 2026, online registration for farmers to obtain preferential loans will begin in Kyrgyzstan. This was announced in a statement from the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Ministry, in collaboration with OJSC "Aiyl Bank" and OJSC "Eldik Bank," is launching a new electronic queue for submitting applications for preferential loans. This digital mechanism was developed by the State Institution "AgroSmart," which acted as the technical operator, and implemented on the i-Dyikan platform.
On the i-Dyikan platform, each farmer will be able to register, apply for a preferential loan, and remotely join the queue at the bank. The disbursement of funds will be carried out in accordance with the established criteria and requirements of the preferential financing programs.
The transition to a digital format will allow farmers to track the status of their applications in real-time. The i-Dyikan platform will also provide access to government services in electronic form, significantly simplifying the process of obtaining them.
