From February 15, farmers will be able to obtain preferential loans online

Starting from February 15, a new digital service will be launched in Kyrgyzstan, allowing farmers to obtain preferential loans online. The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, in collaboration with OJSC "Ayil Bank" and OJSC "Eldik Bank," announced the launch of an electronic queue for submitting loan applications.

This initiative is implemented on the i-Dyikan platform, developed by the technical operator of the ministry — the State Enterprise "AgroSmart." Farmers will be able to register on the platform, apply for a preferential loan, and queue for funding without leaving their homes. Loan disbursement will be carried out according to the established criteria of the preferential financing programs.

The digitization of the process will allow farmers to track the status of their applications in real time. Additionally, the i-Dyikan platform will provide access to electronic government services of the ministry, significantly simplifying bureaucratic procedures.

This new mechanism will be a significant step towards simplifying access to financial resources for farmers and will contribute to the overall digitization of the agricultural sector in the country.
