
In the ministry, this project is referred to as the "project of the century." Currently, the installation of power transmission lines is underway, and temporary residential settlements, bridges, and roads are being constructed.

Achieved results:
- the construction of a concrete road from the 318 km mark of the Bishkek - Osh highway to notch No. 2 (length 8.6 km) has been completed, and the object is currently undergoing acceptance;
- approximately 4 km of concrete road has been laid from notch No. 2 to the site of Kambar-Ata HPP-1 (95% completion);
- drilling and concrete work in the TT-2 tunnel (126 m) have been completed, and the object is ready for acceptance;
- 11.5 km of 110 kV overhead power line has been completed, 25 poles installed, and 90% of the work at the substation has been finished;
- the construction of a shift camp for 100 people (with an administrative building, dormitory, and cafeteria) has been completed by 60-70%;
- the bridge over the Naryn River, connecting the right bank with the site of HPP-1, is at the stage of completing the concreting of four supports, and the installation of metal structures is underway (total length of the bridge is over 180 m, readiness 50-60%);
- the concrete road in the transport tunnel TT-2 (length 1,387 m) has been fully constructed, and internal structural work is ongoing (readiness 55-60%).
