According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated November 27, 2025, No. 760, the fee for the permit to tint the side windows of front doors of vehicles is:
• 50,000 soms for individual residents per year;
• 70,000 soms for legal entities per year;
• 90,000 soms for non-residents per year.
However, by the resolution dated January 29, 2026, No. 35, the fee was temporarily reduced from February 2 to March 3, 2026:
• 35,000 soms for individual residents per year;
• 55,000 soms for legal entities per year;
• 75,000 soms for non-residents per year.
