According to the Presidential Administration, the application submission process has now been fully transitioned to an electronic format. Potential drivers will need to fill out a form on the website, choose the category of driver's license, and specify their region.
The system automatically distributes applicants across educational streams, helping to avoid overcrowding in educational institutions. As part of the reforms carried out, new training programs have been introduced, and the theoretical part can be studied online. The Presidential Administration notes that the list of available state driving schools is constantly increasing, ensuring equal opportunities for residents of all regions of the country.
