In Kyrgyzstan, the time to obtain permits for transportation to China has been reduced by 144 times

In 2025, 12 reforms were launched in Kyrgyzstan as part of the "Government Accelerators" program aimed at addressing pressing socio-economic issues. The press service of the president's administration reported that all projects achieved their goals.

Digitalization of Transport Services to China

One of the most significant reforms was the simplification of the process for obtaining permits for road transport to China. Previously, due to the lack of digital exchange, carriers could spend up to 24 hours obtaining a paper permit. Last year, 130,000 permits were exchanged between the countries.

Specialists implemented the e-Permit system and online applications through the "Tunduk" platform, which reduced the processing time to 10 minutes. Payments are now made through electronic wallets.

Simplification of Border Control in the EAEU

The second significant reform was the facilitation of transport control at the borders of EAEU countries. In 100 days, the responsible authorities organized electronic data exchange, freeing businesses from the need to provide paper documents.

The introduction of digital permits for cabotage transport and the automation of inspections significantly reduced the time required to cross the border, eliminating systemic administrative barriers for logistics companies.

Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev instructed to continue monitoring the implementation of the reforms.
