According to information provided by the National Bank, from November 1, 2025, to February 6, 2026, 173,904 citizens of Kyrgyzstan utilized the self-ban on lending service through the mobile application "Tündük." With the introduction of the new mechanism "Self-Ban on Lending" starting November 1, 2025, citizens gained the opportunity to protect their personal data from potential fraud.
The procedure for imposing a self-ban through the "Tündük" application is as follows:
- Open or download the "Tündük" application.
- Go to the "Services" section -> "Self-Ban on Loans."
- Select a credit history bureau ("Isheniim" or "SES").
- Click on "Enable Self-Ban" -> Done!
If you encounter the message "Service temporarily unavailable," please update the application and try again.
