From November 1, 2025, to January 29, 2026, it has been recorded that 159,132 citizens of Kyrgyzstan have imposed a self-ban on obtaining loans using the mobile application "Tündük". This data was presented by the National Statistics Committee.
A new mechanism called "Self-Ban on Lending" was implemented on November 1, 2025, aimed at ensuring the security of users' financial data, protecting them from fraudulent schemes.
To impose a self-ban through the "Tündük" application, you need to follow these steps:
• Install or open the "Tündük" application.
• Go to the "Services" section and select "Self-Ban on Loans".
• Specify the bureau – "Isheniim" or "SES".
• Click the "Enable Self-Ban" button and complete the process!
The self-ban can be canceled at any time, but you need to wait 12 hours for the cancellation option to be available.
If the application displays a message about the temporary unavailability of the service, try updating it and retrying.
