The tax service announced a special program and simplified procedure for registration.
The State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan has announced that until March 1, 2026, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to legalize jewelry made from precious metals, even in the absence of primary supporting documents.
This applies to the remaining items that were previously imported or produced. The legalization process includes exemption from liability and from the status of a tax agent.
Additionally, reduced assay fees are in effect for the specified period:
- 10 soms for each item made of gold, platinum, and palladium;
- 8 soms for silver items.
These benefits apply to both domestically produced jewelry and imported items, including used ones.
To complete the legalization process, an electronic document must be created in the electronic invoice system on the website esf.salyk.kg by March 1, selecting the category "Acquisition" — DPBU — "Entering information about precious jewelry."
The State Tax Service warns that the document cannot be changed, so all data must be filled out carefully and without errors.
