The State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan has clarified the process of electronic registration
According to the State Tax Service, taxpayers now have the opportunity to obtain an exemption from the obligations of a tax agent regarding jewelry made from precious metals, even in the absence of original documents.
To do this, it is necessary to create a special electronic document in the electronic invoice system (esf.salyk.kg) by March 1, 2026. The user should go to the "Acquisition" section, select the DPBU subsection, and activate the option "Entering information about precious jewelry made from precious metals".
The main data of the document will be generated automatically, and the taxpayer will only need to fill in the goods section according to the established rules for invoice registration. It is important to note that the information entered cannot be changed or canceled, so it must be accurate and complete.
