- In the spring, the commissioning of the second hydro unit at the Kambar-Ata HPP-2 will begin. This step is part of a program for the phased development of the station's generating capacity.
- At the Uch-Kurgan HPP, the reconstruction of two hydro units is planned. Work on unit No. 2 will start in February, while work on unit No. 1 will begin on March 1. The reconstruction will be carried out simultaneously, which will allow for the effective upgrading of the station's equipment.
- Construction work is currently ongoing at the Kambar-Ata HPP-1, where finishing works in the administrative and household complex are being completed. In the under-construction dormitory, work is being done to lay engineering communications, including sewage and water supply, as well as the installation of internal partitions.
- At the Kurpsai HPP, work has begun on the replacement of two autotransformers (AT-1 and AT-2) in the 220 kV switchgear to increase the station's capacity. The delivery of the first autotransformer is scheduled for January 2026, and the second for March. The start of installation work is planned for April 1, 2026, with completion expected by autumn, which will significantly expand the operational capabilities of the HPP.
- A new administrative building has been constructed for the employees of JSC "Electric Stations," meeting modern standards. This building provides all the conditions for comfortable work. In 2026, a phased reconstruction of the administrative buildings of all the company's branches is planned.
