At the meeting of the Eurasian Economic Commission Council, held on January 30 in Moscow, the Ministry of Economy of Kyrgyzstan reported on the resolution of the issue regarding the movement of goods offered by Kyrgyz sellers in the field of electronic commerce, particularly on the Wildberries platform.

It was previously noted that Kyrgyz sellers faced serious difficulties in the Russian market due to changes in regulations. By the fall of 2025, shipments of goods from Kyrgyzstan had virtually ceased: cargoes were delayed at the border due to new requirements for document processing and tax payments in Russia. This resulted in seasonal products not being delivered on time, causing a missed key sales period.

The Ministry of Economy emphasized that, together with the authorized bodies of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union and representatives of Kyrgyz businesses, as well as electronic trading platforms, the issues that arose were addressed.

According to the ministry, a model for the movement of goods from Kyrgyz sellers to warehouses of electronic platforms in other countries was agreed upon, while ownership of the goods remains with the sellers until they are sold to individuals. This model has been approved by the competent authorities of Russia, which will help eliminate the previously existing difficulties.

During the movement of goods, two main documents will need to be processed: CMR and a goods transport invoice (TTN).

The Ministry of Economy promised to later inform how the new scheme will function. A seminar with representatives of Wildberries is planned for this purpose.

The EEC Council instructed to continue monitoring the situation and promptly inform about any problems arising during the movement of goods within mutual electronic trade.
