As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic, the meeting addressed the execution of a directive from the EEC Council, which was initiated on December 5, 2025, by the First Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, Daniyar Amangeldiev. This directive concerned the practical problems faced by Kyrgyz sellers in selling goods on electronic trading platforms, primarily on Wildberries.
As a result of collaborative efforts at the EEC platform involving authorized representatives from the Eurasian Economic Union countries, as well as entrepreneurs from Kyrgyzstan and representatives of electronic trading platforms, the issue of transporting goods to Wildberries warehouses located in other EAEU member countries was thoroughly worked out.
As a result, a scheme for the movement of goods from Kyrgyz sellers to Wildberries warehouses was agreed upon, allowing for the transfer of ownership rights only upon the sale of goods to individuals. This model has received approval from the authorized bodies of the Russian Federation and will eliminate previously existing difficulties in supplies.
As part of the implementation of this scheme, two main documents will be issued during the transportation of goods — CMR and a waybill (TTN). In the near future, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic plans to hold a seminar to clarify the procedure for filling them out with the participation of Wildberries representatives. Additional information about the time and place of the seminar will be provided later.
The EEC Council also instructed to continue monitoring the situation and to promptly inform about any problems in the field of electronic commerce for their resolution.
