President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Temir Sariev, held a meeting with representatives of the textile industry, where important aspects of the development of this sector were discussed. As a result of this meeting, a decision was made to create an expert working group, which will include representatives from business, professional associations, and experts.
The main task of the group will be to develop a package of proposals, both practical and regulatory, to organize the work of the textile industry. Among the top priorities is the creation of a registry of conscientious entrepreneurs, as well as the development of mechanisms that will gradually bring small sewing workshops out of the shadow sector.
Additionally, the group will work on creating a transparent scheme for the distribution of credit resources for enterprises in the textile sector, as well as organizing training and professional development programs for workers in the textile industry and their managers. Proposals aimed at creating sustainable conditions for the modernization and growth of this sector are also planned.
Temir Sariev emphasized the readiness of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry to become a platform for exchanging views between business and government structures, as well as to support the formation of a competitive and export-oriented textile industry.
