The Antimonopoly Service denied the resale of goods from social stores
According to him, "social stores are not intended for purchases with the aim of subsequent resale. They work directly with the population and keep records of their customers."
Imankulov also noted that there are restrictions on the quantity of goods that can be purchased by one person in such stores.
“One buyer in social stores is not allowed to purchase more than 10 kilograms of goods. In case of a shortage of goods, the limit may be reduced, for example, to 5 kilograms. But in any case, more than 10 kilograms will not be sold,” he added.
Additionally, he reported that information about the situation in the "Zarya" area in Bishkek will be thoroughly checked.
“After today’s meeting, I plan to hold a conference and give specific instructions to strengthen control. If such problems do indeed exist, we will take the necessary measures together with our colleagues,” Imankulov noted.
He also mentioned that the antimonopoly service, in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and local authorities, will consider the possibility of opening new social stores.
