As part of the first reading, the Jogorku Kenesh supported amendments to the draft law concerning the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Exchange of Credit Information".
The proposed amendments suggest reducing the storage period for negative credit information from 5 to 3 years, and for positive information from 7 to 5 years. New storage periods for data related to loans amounting to less than 10,000 soms are also established — they will be stored for one year.
