According to information from the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Food Processing Industry, goods at the fairs are offered at prices significantly lower than market rates. The situation with food prices remains stable.
One of the events took place on January 22, 2026, in the Iskhak-Polotkhan rural municipality at the "Bayaman Baatyr" market, where local farmers and agricultural producers actively participated.
During the fair, beef was sold at a price of 650 soms per kilogram, attracting the attention of many buyers.
Such fairs will continue in the future with the aim of supporting the population, ensuring food security, and stabilizing prices for essential products.
