The license of the construction company OsOO "Aalam Stroy" has been suspended for a period of 90 days.
According to representatives of the Ministry of Construction, this decision was the result of an inspection conducted.
During the inspection carried out at the construction sites of OsOO "Aalam Stroy," located at: Ankara Street, 2, 3/6, and 3a, numerous violations of construction legislation and technical safety standards were discovered. In particular, this concerns more than ten blocks of the under-construction residential complex.
It was also found that the company used private laboratories to check various stages of construction and, in addition, illegally transferred some blocks of the facility to shareholders for operation.
As a result of the inspection, fines were imposed on OsOO "Aalam Stroy," with a total amount of 3 million soms for violations concerning more than ten blocks of the complex.
