The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic, together with relevant institutions, is actively working on proposals for the textile industry. This information was provided by the press service of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce.
These measures were initiated in accordance with the directive from President Sadyr Japarov, which was announced after an extended meeting with participants of the textile industry held at "Yntymak Ordo".
At the meeting, organized personally by the president, entrepreneurs, wool processors, representatives of the Wildberries marketplace, logistics companies, as well as heads of government agencies and departments were present.
Sadyr Japarov, opening the meeting, emphasized the importance of the textile industry, which not only provides jobs but also contributes to economic growth, export development, and entrepreneurship.
During the meeting, pressing issues were discussed, and solutions were proposed. As a result of the event, the president instructed ministries, government agencies, and financial institutions to take measures for the prompt resolution of problems arising in the industry. The responsibility for overseeing the implementation of these directives was assigned to the president.
On the same day, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce held a working meeting with representatives of the light industry, led by Deputy Minister Benazir Nurlanova.
At this meeting, all raised issues and problematic aspects of the textile industry were reviewed, which the ministry took for processing for further joint resolution in close cooperation with sector representatives.
