According to forecasts, by 2026, the agricultural sector of the republic will require 182.8 thousand tons of mineral fertilizers:
- of which nitrogen fertilizers — 96.2 thousand tons (the volume needed for spring field work);
- phosphorus fertilizers — 71.5 thousand tons;
- potassium fertilizers — 15.2 thousand tons.
As of January 20, 2025, 21.5 thousand tons of mineral fertilizers had been imported into the republic.
Currently, private companies engaged in the sale of mineral fertilizers have 19.2 thousand tons of this product in their warehouses.
