- In recent years, the catering services market in Kyrgyzstan has significantly expanded, becoming an important segment of the food service industry. Catering companies provide services for business events, corporate parties, and private celebrations, including the organization of coffee breaks and buffets, as well as comprehensive event management "turnkey".

Researching available menus and price lists helps to identify the main price categories and understand how the cost of services is formed. Typically, companies offer package solutions, calculating the cost per participant or forming menus based on unit and weight principles, depending on the specifics of the event.

The most affordable option remains coffee breaks. The basic "tea-coffee service" package costs on average 150–250 soms per person and includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, lemon, tableware, and service. Additional components, such as pastries, desserts, and drinks, are charged separately, starting from 40–60 soms and reaching up to 200–250 soms for more complex items. Thus, the final cost of a coffee break depends on the selected assortment.

Corporate lunches are most often offered in the form of fixed sets: the cost of a complete lunch is approximately 900 soms, including a salad, a hot dish, a side dish, bread, and basic tea-coffee service. Some items, such as first courses or fish, may require additional payment, allowing for flexible budget adjustments.

In the segment of buffets and banquets, the price range is significantly wider. The menu may consist of snacks, canapés, tartlets, mini-burgers, and other dishes. The cost of one item for a buffet ranges from 40–90 soms to 300 soms and above; sets and assortments can cost from several hundred to thousands of soms.

Overall, catering companies in Kyrgyzstan adhere to a flexible pricing model: the final cost depends on the format of the event, the number of guests, the composition of the menu, and the level of service, allowing them to operate in various price categories—from basic to premium.
