The first site they visited was a modern office center located at the corner of N. Issanova Street and Chuy Avenue. Here, they familiarized themselves with the conditions created in the business center after its reconstruction, as well as with the innovative solutions implemented for organizing modern office spaces. Chan Anh Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Vietnamese company "Rox Group," presented details about the functionality of the center and its significance for the development of the business climate in the capital.
The next stop was the "Bishkekselmash" boiler house, where city representatives learned about the results of the first phase of its modernization. Mayor Aibek Junushaliev informed the Head of the Cabinet about the work done to update the equipment, which will significantly enhance the efficiency of heat supply and ensure the reliable operation of the boiler house during the winter period. It was also emphasized that the modernization of boiler houses in Bishkek is a key direction for ensuring the city's energy security.
At the final stage of the trip, they visited the construction site of the large investment project "Royal Central Park," which is being implemented by the Vietnamese company "Rox Group." A company representative spoke about the current progress of the construction work and emphasized that "Royal Central Park" is envisioned as a multifunctional complex that combines residential and public areas.
The head of the government noted the importance of adhering to quality standards and environmental regulations during large-scale construction, and also highlighted the significance of such investment projects for updating the architecture and infrastructure of the capital. He added that the state actively supports business.
“The government is doing everything possible to create favorable conditions for investors. We are open to you 24/7,” stated Adylbek Kasymaliev.
As a result of the working trip, he instructed the relevant services and government bodies to continue the development of Bishkek's infrastructure and promptly support important investment initiatives.
