Large-scale investment projects are changing the architectural appearance of Bishkek – Kasymaliev
During his working trip to the capital, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration Adylbek Kasymaliev got acquainted with the implementation of large-scale investment and construction projects. He visited several key facilities to assess their current state and progress of reconstruction.
The first stop was a modern office center located at the intersection of N. Isanova Street and Chuy Avenue. Here, Adylbek Kasymaliev learned about the updated working conditions and innovative solutions implemented in the business space. Chan Anh Tuan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Vietnamese company "Rox Group," presented information about the functionality of the center and its significance for the business climate of the capital.
The next site visited was the "Bishkekselmash" boiler house, where the head of the Cabinet of Ministers was informed about the results of the first stage of reconstruction.
Bishkek Mayor Aibek Junushaliev reported on the modernization of equipment, which will significantly improve the efficiency of heating supply and reliability during the winter period. The renovation of boiler houses in the capital was noted as a priority task for ensuring energy security.
Concluding his trip, Kasymaliev visited the construction site of the large project "Royal Central Park," which is being implemented by the Vietnamese company "Rox Group."
Company representatives reported on the progress of construction and emphasized that the project includes a multifunctional complex combining residential and public spaces.
The head of the Cabinet of Ministers stressed the importance of adhering to environmental norms and quality standards during the construction process, as well as the role of such projects in renewing the urban infrastructure and architectural appearance of the capital. He also noted the state's policy in supporting business.
“We are doing everything possible to create comfortable conditions for investors. The government is open for cooperation 24/7,” he added.
Following the trip, Kasymaliev instructed relevant services and government agencies for the further development of Bishkek's infrastructure and effective support of investment initiatives.
