On January 15, 2026, a grand opening of Rox Center took place in Bishkek on Chuy Avenue, organized by the Rox Group of Companies. The Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev, participated in this significant event.
During his visit, the Prime Minister was briefed on the history of the Ai-Peri building and the stages of its restoration, attentively listening to the developer's report on the transformation process of the site.

The investor RCA Living also presented significant achievements of Rox Group in Kyrgyzstan, including the development of brands such as RCA Living, Rox Energy, and Rox Living Global.



According to the philosophy of "Reviving Heritage", Rox Center has become a symbol where historical values harmoniously intertwine with modern design. This building, located at an important intersection in the capital, demonstrates a balanced approach to preserving cultural heritage and integrating it into contemporary urban development.

Under the slogan "Creating Comfort", the concept of the megaproject Royal Central Park was presented, including a project model and demonstration apartments, allowing guests to feel the scale and philosophy of a modern and comfortable lifestyle.

At the end of his visit, the Prime Minister toured the construction site of the ambitious project "Royal Central Park," implemented by the Vietnamese company "Rox Group."

A company representative discussed the progress of the work and indicated that the project aims to create a multifunctional complex that combines residential and public spaces.



The head of the government emphasized the importance of adhering to quality standards and environmental regulations during the construction process, as well as the significance of such investment projects for renewing the architectural appearance of the capital. He added that the government actively supports businesses.

"The government is making every effort to create optimal conditions for investors. We are open to you 24/7," noted the Prime Minister.

Following the trip, Kasymaliev gave specific instructions to city services and government agencies regarding the development of Bishkek's infrastructure and support for significant investment initiatives.
