At the "Dostuk" Checkpoint, nearly 27 tons of onions were intercepted without phytosanitary documents
According to information from the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, an attempt was made at the end of last week to import nearly 27 tons of onions from Uzbekistan through the "Dostuk" checkpoint.
However, due to the lack of a phytosanitary certificate and appropriate labeling of the cargo, this product was not allowed into the territory of Kyrgyzstan and was returned to the carrier.
