GDP of Kyrgyzstan for the year 2025 amounted to nearly 2 trillion soms

Preliminary data shows that the gross domestic product of Kyrgyzstan at the end of 2025 amounted to 1 trillion 976.4 billion soms. This is an increase of 11.1% compared to 2024, as reported by the National Statistical Committee.

In the 11 months of 2025, GDP growth accelerated to 10.2%.

According to the National Statistical Committee, more than half of the gross domestic product (over 51%) consists of services, although this figure is 1.1% lower than in the same period of 2024. At the same time, the share of commodity production increased by 1.1% and amounted to 34.4%. The services sector accounts for 49.6% of the total GDP, while commodity production makes up 35.4%, and net taxes on products constitute 15%.

The construction sector showed a growth of 1% compared to the previous year, while in industry this figure was 0.7%. Agriculture experienced a decline of 0.6%.

The National Statistical Committee emphasized that the preliminary GDP estimates reflect current economic trends and are based on changes in key sectors such as agriculture, industry, construction, trade, hotels and restaurants, transport, and communications. These sectors account for about 55% of the total GDP.

In 2025, the consumer price index and tariffs increased by 9.4% compared to December 2024. At the same time, prices for food and non-alcoholic beverages rose by 9.9%, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products by 8%, and non-food goods by 7.8%. Tariffs for services to the population increased by 11.2%.
