Another new bank has appeared in Kyrgyzstan

On January 14, 2026, the Board of the National Bank made a decision to grant a license to the Closed Joint-Stock Company "Alma Finance Bank." This permission allows the institution to conduct banking operations in both national and foreign currencies, reports the National Bank.

It is worth noting that a new commercial bank, "Berekett Bank," was also recently established in the country, becoming the 22nd bank in the republic.
