The old rules for filling out employment records in Kyrgyzstan have been abolished

Now, employment records can be either electronic or paper


The Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration has announced the cancellation of previous regulations regarding the filling out of employment records in Kyrgyzstan.

According to the new requirements, an employment record can be issued in either electronic or paper format, depending on the agreement between the employee and the employer.

Records of part-time work can be entered at the employee's request based on their application and a certificate from their main place of work. In the event of a renaming or reorganization of the company, a separate entry must be made in the employment record.

It is prohibited to paste sheets of acknowledgment, copies of orders, and other documents into the employment record.
