Revenue from special permits for the transportation of oversized cargo in 2025 amounted to 335.2 million soms

- In 2025, the revenues generated by the Department of Ground and Water Transport amounted to 453.5 million soms. This figure is 3.2 times higher than the corresponding indicator for 2024, which was 138.4 million soms, according to the agency's information.

The main factor for growth was the fees for issuing special permits for the transportation of indivisible oversized and heavy cargo. In this area, the budget received 335.2 million soms, which is more than 4.5 times higher than last year's level.

Additionally, fines for non-compliance with international road transport requirements increased: under Article 200 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic, 918 protocols were issued amounting to 13.8 million soms.

The agency emphasizes that the growth in budget revenues indicates a systematic improvement in control in the field of road transport and an increase in discipline among carriers.
