On March 23, the fourth meeting of the working group organizing "World Horse Day" took place, chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister of Mongolia, Gankhuyag Khassuur.
During the meeting, key aspects were discussed, such as finalizing the event program, creating a slogan and emblem, planning the route and budget for the horse parade, as well as organizing international horse racing. Among other issues, the replacement of horses working in the Horse Police Committee of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and other important topics were considered. Details on this are reported by MiddleAsianNews.
As a result of the competition for the best logo for "World Horse Day 2026," 63 works from 30 artists were submitted, and most members of the working group chose the work "Celestial Horse" by sculptor Ochirbold Ayurzana.
During the event, invitations were sent to representatives of 15 organizations, both state and private. Among the invitees were the Minister of Culture, Information and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan, Mirbek Mambetaliev, the Minister of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan, Aida Balaeva, the Minister of Culture of Tajikistan, Sattoriyonu Matlubakhon, the Minister of Culture of Turkmenistan, Atageldy Shamuradov, and the Minister of Culture of Uzbekistan, Ozodbek Nazarbekov.

At the end of the meeting, participants were instructed to refine the program and plan within their areas of responsibility. This includes transferring the rights to the intellectual property of the slogan and symbol of the event, as well as their use in various materials—from posters to videos. It was also decided to develop a technical assignment for the Hippotherapy Center, choose a venue, resolve land issues, prepare for the reception of foreign guests, and organize electronic registration of horses and riders for participation in international horse racing.
