
During a briefing dedicated to the results of the sessions of the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the Chinese ambassador to Kyrgyzstan, Liu Jiangping, reported significant achievements in the country's social welfare over the past five years. The per capita income of the population has increased annually by 5.4%, which has allowed the creation of more than 60 million new jobs in urban areas.

Additionally, special attention has been paid to the development of rural areas, where the incomes of people who have risen out of poverty have increased by almost 40%. Infrastructure changes have ensured the availability of highways for all counties and roads for every village, as well as access to modern communication networks.
