According to Reuters, Riyadh has expressed its position to Iran regarding the attacks on energy infrastructure. During a recent meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, Saudi Minister Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud emphasized the kingdom's readiness to mediate to reduce tensions in the Middle East.

According to sources, two high-ranking officials from Iran confirmed that a phone conversation took place between the countries, in which Saudi Arabia urged Tehran to cease aggressive actions against it and other Gulf states.

Iran, for its part, claims that the attacks are directed only at American military bases located in the region's countries, and not against the countries themselves.

A source reported that Tehran responded with a demand to close American bases in the region and to stop the transfer of intelligence data to Washington from certain Gulf states, which Iran believes are being used to conduct attacks.

According to information, since February 28, the U.S. and Israel have begun striking Iranian targets, including the capital of the country, Tehran, resulting in destruction and casualties among the civilian population. In response, Iran is attacking Israeli territories and U.S. military facilities in the Middle East.
