Recent events in the Middle East have drawn the attention of world leaders. U.S. President Donald Trump reported the possible death of Iran's Supreme Leader, Ali Khamenei. According to him, Khamenei may have been killed as a result of airstrikes on Iranian targets, which he announced on social media.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also commented on this, noting that he has reason to believe that the Supreme Leader of Iran "is no longer with us." Some sources claim that Khamenei's body was found among the ruins of his complex in Tehran after the strike.
As of now, the official authorities of Iran have not confirmed the information about Khamenei's death. It is worth recalling that Ali Khamenei has led Iran since 1989 and holds the position of the country's highest political and religious leader.
