"50 Years. Am I Dracula?" Saburov Held His First Concert After Being Banned from Entering Russia
During his performance, the comedian ironically commented on the support he received from Sobchak and joked about the reasons for the heightened interest in his show.
Additionally, Saburov stated that his future performances would be as "patriotic" as possible.
The journalist also noted that the comedian shared his experience at the airport:
It was previously reported that Nurlan Saburov was banned from entering Russia for a period of 50 years. This decision was made for the purposes of "national security, compliance with legislation, and protection of traditional spiritual and moral values."
The comedian was stopped at Moscow's Vnukovo airport after returning from Dubai, and he refused free deportation, purchasing a ticket for a flight to Kazakhstan instead. By the morning of February 7, he was already in Almaty.
On February 8, Saburov announced that he did not intend to comment on the situation publicly and handed all inquiries over to his lawyers. He also expressed gratitude to Russia for the opportunities for creative growth and asked not to interfere in his family's personal life.
On February 16, it became known that a check was initiated against Nurlan Saburov by the special services in Kazakhstan.
