According to RIA Novosti, this decision was made on January 30 to ensure national security and compliance with legislation, as well as to protect traditional spiritual and moral values.
According to information published in Telegram channels and other news outlets, the ban was imposed after Saburov arrived in Moscow from Dubai and passed passport control at Vnukovo Airport. At that moment, he was handed an official document confirming his inclusion in the list of undesirable persons for an extended period.
Some sources indicate that one of the reasons for the ban could be his statements regarding the special operation in Ukraine, as well as possible violations of Russia's migration and tax legislation.
At the time of publication, there were no official comments from Russian authorities or from Nurlan Saburov himself.
