Additionally, the company Advance Security Solutions, associated with Mamashoev, was included in the sanctions list. According to OFAC, this enterprise was registered in Dubai, UAE, in 2025, and Tashkent is mentioned among the company's addresses.
The activities of this company focus on offensive cybersecurity. It provides services as an exploit broker and offers rewards for information about software vulnerabilities related to software developed in the USA.
Besides Mamashoev, Russians Oleg Kucherov, Marina Vasanovich, and Sergey Zelenyuk were also sanctioned. The latter is accused of organizing cyberattacks on government institutions and medical organizations in the USA using malicious software. Official materials indicate that all these individuals, including Mamashoev, provided material or technical support to Zelenyuk and his group.
It should be noted that the SDN list is the primary blacklist of the U.S. Treasury, where both individuals and companies are listed, subject to strict restrictions. The assets of sanctioned individuals are frozen, and American citizens and businesses are prohibited from having any business dealings with them.
In November of last year, it was reported that the Uzbek company Datavice was also included in this list, accused of supporting Russian infrastructure or cybercriminal activities.
