According to information from the media, the US Department of the Treasury has added Uzbek citizen Azizhon Mamashoev and his company Advance Security Solutions to its sanctions list. This organization is reportedly involved in the development of hacking tools and is connected to activities in the field of offensive cybersecurity, sources clarify.
The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the US Department of the Treasury has added Azizhon Mamashoev and his company to the sanctions list, also specifying his passport and identification details. Mamashoev, born in 1987, is linked to Sergey Zelenyuk.
The company Advance Security Solutions, registered in 2025 and engaged in programming, has also been sanctioned. Its operational addresses are listed in Dubai (UAE) and Tashkent. According to OFAC, Mamashoev is the founder of this company, which specializes in offensive cybersecurity.
In the agency's press release, it is stated that Advance Security Solutions operates as an exploit broker and offers rewards for vulnerabilities in software developed in the United States. The company was added to the list by order of the US president as being owned or controlled by Mamashoev, or acting on his behalf.
Also included in the sanctions list is Russian citizen Oleg Vyacheslavovich Kucherov, whom OFAC considers an alleged member of the cybercriminal group Trickbot. This organization, first discovered in 2016, used modular malware for attacks, including on US government agencies and medical organizations.
OFAC reports that Mamashoev and Kucherov had joint working ties with Operation Zero. They were added to the sanctions list for providing significant financial, material, or technological support to Sergey Zelenyuk or for acting in his interests.
Inclusion in the SDN List implies the blocking of assets within the jurisdiction of the United States and prohibits American citizens from conducting any transactions with them.
